After a couple of years of endless joint aches (knees, elbows, hips, fingers, you name it!) and starting to now feel better, I knew the problem these days was lack of strength. Within a few sessions the difference was fantastic! Jude adapts everything to suit you and your ability or lack off!! Thanks Jude. Just don’t let her talk you into using the ski-erg, a machine of torture.

Jude’s fitness classes are are expertly run by an instructor who is clearly very well trained and experienced in her field. Having recently joined I have found that she has adjusted the exercises always very sensitively to suit my needs. She always starts the class with an appropriate warm up and finishes with a comprehensive stretch off with a very good range of exercises. I would wholeheartedly recommend her classes.

I started with Jude at the Fitness Lab on a one to one basis as I needed support to train with a bad lower back and she was brilliant. She is patient, yet encouraging and each session is different so it keeps me engaged and interested. I feel motivated but safe in the knowledge that if any exercises don’t suit me she could quickly give me an alternative! Due to lockdown our one to one sessions had to stop but Jude quickly organised zoom group sessions which are easy to access and she still gives higher and lower impact options for my back. I’m really enjoying the sessions and Jude is great. They are suitable for all levels and are interesting and challenging. I would highly recommend Jude’s classes!

After the birth of my second child I knew I wanted tailored personal training prior to returning to intensive exercise such as running. Jude was the obvious choice for me- she had coached me before at CrossFit, East Rocks so I already knew that she was a fantastic coach and that she knew my abilities before my pregnancy. She was also aware of my goals and is hugely knowledgeable about returning to exercise post partum. Jude has worked with me to strip movements back, help me work on building back my core and pelvic floor with a progressive plan to add more intensity. She has also been fantastic at helping me build in workouts in between sessions around being a busy mum. I have also been paricipating in her online zoom sessions due to recent covid restrictions- again Jude is sensitive to supporting me to substitute any movements if needed. I would highly recommend Jude as a personal trainer and especially for anyone looking for post natal training.
